Our new event pavilion is going up between the two ponds, near lots 23–26, and we couldn’t be more excited!

Our owner Brenda envisioned a multipurpose space with everything you need to throw a party, or just kick back and relax with your friends. 

About the Space 

This 1500 square foot space features a large central fireplace, a tv with media hook ups, a speaker system and an outdoor kitchen and grill space. There will also be a 260 square foot deck facing one of our ponds. With custom rustic furniture, it’s going to be the perfect spot to host your family reunion, birthday parties and more. 

Our owners will have free access to the pavilion, unless of course there is a private event on the schedule. We can’t wait to meet our neighbors for cookouts, afternoons fishing or just a glass of wine while we watch the sunset. 

Our dream for Timber Ridge is that we build a community of nature lovers and friends who love spending time here as much as we do. We couldn’t think of a better way than to build a dedicated space to do just that. 

Join us for an Open House! 

To celebrate this space, and the upcoming Spring season, we’re hosting an Open House on Saturday March 26, 2022 at 1 PM. We’ll have live music, food, drinks and giveaways for our guests.
