Our 2nd Annual Fall Festival

This past weekend, we welcomed our homeowners and several local neighbors to Timber Ridge Estates for a fall party filled with football, live music, delicious food, and lots of fun. Families and friends enjoyed spending time together to celebrate this special time of year. We showcased a few of our favorite local vendors and hosted an open house for both our new pavilion and model home.
From Vision to Reality
When we decided to develop Timber Ridge Estates, we knew we wanted to build a community of folks who love being together and appreciate the outdoors.
We knew we wanted a private, gated community with spaces and amenities that couldn’t be found anywhere else.

With that in mind, we worked with bldg. Architecture and builder Luke Fitzgerald to design and build our luxury event pavilion between our two stocked fishing ponds.
The pavilion features a state-of-the-art outdoor grilling space, TVs and a large wood-burning fireplace. With custom made furniture and large fans, and a separate restroom space, this is the perfect spot to hang with friends and family.

After pouring our hearts and souls into the pavilion, it was absolutely wonderful to have everyone gathered in this special space. How thrilling to see our dreams become reality.
The Ideal Escape
When you drive through our front gate and look up to the left, you’ll see our stunning, recently-completed model home. This gorgeous two bed, two-bath home features floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, luxury finishes and a spectacular outdoor living space.

Our interior designer, Debra Coffey, worked tirelessly to make every inch of this home incredible just in time for the party.
Our contractors rave about working with Debra due to her adaptability and talent for keeping projects on track, while her creativity and industry knowledge means projects are done to perfection.
While we are a bring-your-own-builder community, we wanted to showcase the possibilities here at Timber Ridge Estates, and we couldn’t be happier to have this custom model home on-site.

This event brought together Timber Ridge owners, community leaders and local businesses for the first time. It’s part of our ethos to attract owners that value and invest in the local community.
We loved seeing everyone come together and get to know each other!
Weston Corbin with the Ranch Restaurant served up delicious meats from the grill, along with all the fixins, while Unique Grazin’ set up a showstopping charcuterie grazing table at the model home.
Our new favorite bartender, Hailee Robinson, mixed up some delicious custom cocktails that kept the party going, despite the game-that-shall-not-be-discussed.
